HEIMTEXTIL 2019/2020 - Messe Frankfurt Germany


“Toward Utopia” 


Bed linen collections specifically designed for the 2019/2020 Heimtextil trend show “TOWARD UTOPIA”.

An ensemble of patterns digitally printed on medium-weight breathable fabrics made of natural fiber such as cotton percale and flax linen. These patterns feature botanical and Terrazzo motifs, textured stripes, grained surfaces with simple engineered constructions enhanced by hues of soothing greens and warm terracotta.

“Designers are increasingly responding to ‘nature deficit’. They are turning interiors into green oases; calm refuges from hard, cold, industrial urban landscapes. Green, the most restful colour to view, is used in design to replenish, nourish and energise our minds and bodies. Lush, tone-on-tone green hues are used to provide a healing, therapeutic and refreshing quality to spaces and products, while textural elements that replicate or mimic nature provide a rich, indulgent feel. Dark forest greens and sages are mixed with [earth tones] to add warmth [and groundedness to fabrics and interiors].”
